(More customer reviews)I got this crate for when we get our new dachshund puppy. The package came in about 4 days and was in good condition. Metal pan, plastic handle. It comes all set, all you have to do is just unfold it and you're done. I have an 11 year old chihuahua that has never even been in a crate, but thanks to the crate training instructions the package came with, my dog is sleeping in it as we speak.
The hinges are easy manage and secure. This size is great for miniature dachshunds or slightly over grown chihuahua's like mine. It's a good buy for the price and quality.

p.s. If the purchase suggests to buy this crate along with the pink bed, please get the next size up or something closer to the proper measurements of the pan since the suggested pink crate bed to go with this crate is way too small for the actual crate pan size. Luckily, I can fit the crate bed within my travel kennel but now I need to find another bed that will fill out the pan of the crate completely.
