(More customer reviews)I bought this house 3 years ago.For the first two years of use, it was on my covered porch and exposed to alot of the elements and held up very well. (I stuffed it with clean straw for winter use.)Easy to assemble, though it does take about 30 mintues.It is also easy to keep clean.I would buy another in a flash - but don't have the room!

My four cats love this house!For a while only my outside cat used it.It took him a week or two to get used to it, but then it became his favorite outside spot.Now that he is happy living inside, he shares the house with his two brothers and sister.Quite often there is one large cat sleeping on the bottom level, while one or two are on the balcony doing "guard duty" at the window!Every one who sees the house comments on the attractive and fun design, esp. the balcony.This house is worth the price!
