(More customer reviews)This is a very good pen cover. We used it to cover a pen for our Chihuahua's bathroom outside. They HATE going on wet grass or snow, so this provides the with an enclosed area to focus on their "business" and keep dry. Cover was a little bit difficult to put on at first, but you can slightly collapse in the sides to get the top to fit and stretch. The cover has two layers and water gets trapped between the two requiring you to either puncture the bottom layer (and getting the pen wet) or pulling off the top and squeezing out the water from a corner. Overall, it has met our needs and I would recommend it!
