(More customer reviews)Very sturdy piece of furniture.Too expensive compared to others online and shipping too steep.Poor choice on my part.Step 3 needed a longer bolt so made a quick trip to the hardware store for 1/2" longer bolt (but not allen wrench bolt, a regular bolt) and viola!Call to company concerning bolt was plesant.Otherwise assembly was simple even with picture-only directions.Very sturdy for my 12+ pound cat. Ladder is more visual and not functional unless you have a ferret or something.
