(More customer reviews)this product is made of cardboard and falls apart. we followed the direction word for word and it still does not stay together. our cats tried it out as soon as we got it together but when they went to the second and top level it collaped on them. they are adult cats 2 and 3 so we bought it for them to give them some enrichment but boy it does not hold up very well.if they were kittens it might work better but for adult cats it does not work for mine. it tips over and falls apart to easily.
