(More customer reviews)Bought a couple of these for my pet mice cages. Don't know why they don't seem to carry these in any stores in my area. I couldn't do without them. So much better than the covers without the little doors where you have to lift the entire lid to get into the cage!That can be especially hard if you have something in one hand. I am afraid one of my mice will leap out with the entire lid off. Not so much a concern with the trap door. The little trap door makes it so much easier/safer/convenientwhen I am feeding my mice, or cleaning the cage. When I am done, the trap door can easily be locked securely with one twist.
I highly recommend this item as a lid for covering aquariums.
