(More customer reviews)This is a decent hutch, big enough for one regular size bun or two dwarf.May not stand up to much winter weather due to light weight wood, probably best under a porch or in a barn during winter weather. I'll be a little surprised if this thing holds up during the life span of the bunnies.

Arrived with a lot of little nicks/dings/scratches. Shipping box was undamaged so this was minor factory damage.The pre-installed hinges on one of the roof panels had pulled off and all the screws were completely missing.A lot of holes that were supposed to be pre-drilled were non existent.All things that should have been easily caught and corrected before being shipped. Luckily there are a few handyman types in our house so we were easily able to do this ourselves.Otherwise it was easy enough to assemble.

Directions for adding the roof panel supports/hinges need to be clearer and again, no pre-drilled holes where they were supposed to be.You'll probably need a little drill to put this thing together!

Agree with other review that the upper level needs additional ventilation in warm climates, we cut out another window in ours.

So, decent hutch and not that hard to put together if you can handle some minor drilling.
