It gives the correct temperature and its small so it doesnt take up too much space in the aquarium tank.I own a turtle, and when he is swimming he scrapes the sides of the tank.Sometimes he bumps into the thermometer, and it falls down.So that is why i didnt give this 5 stars because the suction cup isnt too strong.
