She is a indoor cat that goes outside on a harness and when fall and winter comes she gets so depressed I thought this might allow her to go outside for short periods of time. The first one arrive broken. I assumed it was a shipping issue because there was a lot of empty space in the box and it appeared that someone had set something heavy on it. CSN was very helpful they have great customer service! They sent me a second one, it arrived in perfect condition I set it outside my 7.8 lb cat started to investigate it and stood on her hind legs resting her front two paws on the top of it. It made a loud crack and broke in the side the exact same place the first one is cracked. There is not a interior wall so the crack exposes it to the outside and is sharp enough to cut her. Not to mention she associates it with the loud noise now and won't go near it. All this being said if they fixed this issue I would try it again!
