(More customer reviews)Just recently picked up a second puppy so I required another Crate.Purchased this one among all the available selections on Amazon.Size, price and merchant rating is what convinced me.In use for one week now and very pleased with the product.Well made and just right for my Pup to grow into to.My only negatives are:1- Shipping could be more transparent (others have made the same comment).Upon ordering a shipping span of 15 days was provided.Once shipped no notification or tracking number provided.Item arrived on the first day of the provided range which was a pleasant surprise.All in all item arrived within an acceptable time frame.2-Divider not included with package (similar complaints by others).I emailed the seller and they responded within 24 hours.Indicated they would correct error immediately.Again no shipping info provided.Divider arrived promptly in 4 days.A couple of complaints which are easily correctable by the seller.All in all I'm happy with my purchase and WOULD purchase from this seller again.
