(More customer reviews)I ordered this playpen for my guinea pigs because I wanted them to frolic safely outside of their cage. I have been able to leave them unattended while in the playpen. My pigs do not seem to even consider climbing out or over the playpen. It is lightweight and of simple construction and yet it has worked perfectly. I think a hamster would easily shimmy up the wall and escape, and maybe an adventurous pig, but I have three grown-up pigs and five babies and all of us have enjoyed the playpen. Plus, the bright colors make it even more fun.
