(More customer reviews)We bought my son two fancy mice a few months ago.We bought a pretty basic cage from the pet store for about $20-25 and an extra "igloo" house for them to snuggle under.Overall we spent about $25-30 for this basic setup and ever since then we've dealt with the constant vacuuming from bedding being thrown out.Not any more!Don't settle for a cheaper cage!Do it right the first time.
This was a fantastic purchase.I should have bought this from the beginning.The wheel does NOT squeak like the one we had.Bedding cannot be tossed out.There is a cute "cellar" for them to snuggle under to help protect them from drafts.The wheel can be easily blocked off with the pets inside for easy cleaning without having to catch your critters.This is another perk if you have tiny kids.You can block off the external wheel while you are not around to supervise your kids....Handy if you have a kid that might have the urge to give them a spin.
Don't try and save a few dollars on a cheaper wire version.They are much harder to clean, draftier, and litter will be everywhere within two feet of the cage.Get it right the first time.I would highly recommend this cage!!!Highly!!!!

(More customer reviews)I have 4 little mice and they love this water bottle. I was afraid because the Habitrail products were designed for hamsters, that my little mice wouldn't be as tall; therefore unable to reach the water bottle. It's wonderful and they look so cute drinking from it too, which is a complete bonus! Another really great thing about this water bottle is how easy it is to clean it. The bottle pops off the tube and has a hole the size of a quarter.

(More customer reviews)When we first got this little home for my daughters pet mouse, Fuzzball (the mouse) was a little nervous about his new home. He didn't go near it for about 2 days. Now, however, he practically lives in it. He has fluffed up all his bedding inside and loves jumping up on top to sit when he's trying to get my daughters attention. He doesn't really chew on it much, but it's nice to know we have something wooden in his home now if he gets the urge to. We have had it in his cadge for about 3 months now and have had no issues with it smelling or getting yucky.
It might take a few days for your mouse to warm up to his new home, but once he does, he will love it!

(More customer reviews)At first we thought that this toy would be a bust for our mouse.After hooking it up to the CritterTrail Z house, the mouse proved us quite wrong.After finally getting up to it, the mouse just ran around in circles for an hour, then eventually it went back to the center hub of the toy, looked at another tunnel to the outer tube, and went through that.He had completely forgotten where he was.Now we can't get him out of it.We haven't tried it as an alternative wheel, though it doesn't particularly interest us.This is probably one of the easier CritterTrail items to clean.We had no idea that our mouse would like this so much.
