(More customer reviews)Ive heard that these U-tube type overflows don't flow as well as the cpr weir types, but to be honest 900 gph is 900 gph.This thing works wonderfully, it is well constructed out of thick acrylic and was an easy install.Ive been using it for 2 months straight now and have not had to re prime the u tubes at all. excelent system.

(More customer reviews)I bought this product because I was loosing fish to desease and wanted something easy to use. My fish are now healthy and doing well. I'm very happy with how simple it is to use and how affective it's been. It also does a great job at circulating the water and injecting fine air bubbles into the tank. Only thing that was a bit tricky was getting the right adjustment on the air bubbles. This thing can really put out a lot of bubbles and it's diffucult to get it to a low level. Highly recommended to all!!

(More customer reviews)I have been looking for a good skimmer for my aquapod for quite a while. I have tried two kinds of simmers without any kind of satisfying results, but the Remora Nano changed this losing streak. The pump (not included) fits into the first chamber, just under the overflow from the display of the tank, and the output pours into the first and second chamber. Installation is very simple, and the skimmer is very efficient. The skimmer makes a good bit of noise out of the box, but this is easily reduced by putting a folded paper towel or cloth in the top of the first chamber. The collection cup is large and easily removed and cleaned.
The documentation that came with the skimmer said that the skimmer may not work for a few hours to a few days after first installing, however two hours after staring the skimmer, it had collected a bit of murky water. After a week the skimmer is producing a small bit of murky water and large amounts of dry foam. very low maintenance, very effective and well worth the price.

(More customer reviews)The box works very well. The inner box does a decent job of skimming any particles off the surface and retains flow even after a power outage. There were a few things I wish had come in the package: a priming tube and assorted sized connectors for various sized flexible tubing outputs. The inner box is larger than I anticipated taking up a decent size chunk of real estate inside the tank. Overall it works very well though, it gets the job done.
